We want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. We’ll refund the price of the item; original delivery charges are refunded only where the item was faulty or incorrect.
The quickest way to exchange for a different size is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If your size is out of stock, contact us and we’ll help.
If an item arrives faulty or we sent the wrong product, contact us within 30 days and we’ll cover return postage and send a replacement or full refund, including any delivery charge. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
