Terms & Conditions

The rules that apply when you use this site and buy from us.

Last updated: 31 May 2026

These terms govern your use of the ArmorSharp website and any order you place with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

1. Who we are

ArmorSharp is a trading name for the sale of certified cut & stab-resistant outerwear. You can reach us at contact@armorsharp.co.uk.

2. Products and protection claims

Our garments are independently tested to the EN ISO 13997 standard at Cut Level 5. No protective garment is a guarantee of safety. Our products are designed to reduce the risk of injury from cuts and slashes; they are not stab-proof body armour and should not be relied upon as a substitute for avoiding dangerous situations or for professional protective equipment where that is required.

3. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred; in that case we will refund any payment in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment provider.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns

Your statutory rights and our returns process are described on our Returns & Refunds page.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
